Refund Policy

At Astro Ved Mishra (astrovedmishra.in), we provide astrology consultation, predictions, and related spiritual services. Since our services are based on time, expertise, and personalized analysis, the following refund policy applies.

1. No Refund on Completed Services
   Once an astrology consultation, prediction, or report has been delivered (via call, WhatsApp, email, or any medium), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Booking Cancellation
   If you request cancellation before the consultation has started, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the situation. However, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of booking.

3. Delayed Service
   If there is a delay in delivering your consultation due to high demand or technical issues, we request your patience. Delays are not eligible for refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Services
   All astrology services, including kundli analysis, horoscope prediction, gemstone consultation, vastu consultation, and remedies, are non-refundable once processing has started.

5. Duplicate Payment
   If any customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 working days.

6. Service Not Delivered
   If, due to any technical issue, your service is not delivered at all, you may request a refund or re-scheduling of the service.
